At 3DGIFI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

- It must be returned in its original packaging.

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Certain health or personal care items.
4. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- A book shows obvious signs of use.
- A CD, DVD, cassette, vinyl record, or software product has been opened.
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
